plnd launches procurement infrastructure for institutional real estate portfolios

plnd today announced the launch of its platform for procurement infrastructure and capital planning for institutional real estate portfolios.

plnd converts a property's facts and a project's intent into a complete, governed procurement package — scope of work, bill of quantities, request for proposals, bid tabulation — in about 5 minutes; work that traditionally takes one to two weeks of consultant drafting.

Generation is deterministic: the same approved inputs and rules produce the same package. Packages are distributed through a gateway — role-scoped, version-pinned, every access recorded — not as email attachments. The platform sits upstream of the project-management, accounting, and property systems a portfolio already runs, and feeds them structured data. Each client's knowledge compounds privately; customer content never trains shared or cross-tenant models.
